Apart from water and thin soups there is no foods that are as low in calories as vegetables. So it is clear that vegetables are great for losing weight. You should include the following vegetables on your list:

1. Avocados

Potassium, healthy fats, and 3.0 percent fiber make avocados a healthy food for weight loss. The fruit, which we don't count as a fruit here, but as a vegetable, goes wonderfully in a salad.
