Vegetables for weight loss
Apart from water and thin soups there is no foods that are as low in calories as vegetables. So it is clear that vegetables are great for losing weight. You should include the following vegetables on your list:
Potassium, healthy fats, and 3.0 percent fiber make avocados a healthy food for weight loss. The fruit, which we don't count as a fruit here, but as a vegetable, goes wonderfully in a salad. That is, they hardly make the blood sugar level rise. This makes them one of the best foods for weight loss. 14. Savoy cabbage
31 calories, 2.8 grams of protein and 2.6 grams of fiber per 100 grams speak for themselves. The cabbage vegetables also provide a lot of vitamin C and calcium, magnesium and zinc. A top food that we can put on our menu more often.
As is well known, tomatoes consist “only of water” - at least Dutch ones.
