  1. Mix the butter, egg and honey with the mixer until creamy, then mix in the dry ingredients, oat flakes, flour and nuts.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place small heaps on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
