What have you learned about social media over the past year?

I have found that the E&V hashtags also increase the visibility of my profile and my objects. In addition, social media enable me to get to know colleagues from all over the world and to exchange ideas with them. We discuss ideas and give each other tips. Lately I've been trying to discover the beautiful places in South Tyrol, posting photos and using the right hashtags that highlight the many possibilities and our beautiful Dolomites.

Jennifer D. Holmes, Engel & Völkers Dallas:

In the past year, I became aware of which posts are best received by my readers. The key to success is to publish relevant content on a regular basis. The posts that deal with the topic of food are particularly popular - restaurant recommendations, for example. In addition, my followers like to read about new openings in the area. I love discovering new shops and eateries and being the first to report about them. This increases my credibility as a reliable source of information. The shops and restaurants also benefit from my posts. After all, I'm increasing your media presence with it for nothing. Cool locations are always very popular with readers. The right hashtags are just as important. Because millennials are now increasingly using the hashtag search to find relevant content.

Social media is constantly evolving. Sometimes these changes happen very quickly. What innovations do you expect for 2019?

I think Instagram will continue its triumphant advance into the new year. That is why it is important to show our presence on this platform with great pictures of our fantastic properties. This is how we can reach our valued customers at any time and anywhere in the world.

Jennifer D. Holmes, Engel & Völkers Dallas:

In my opinion, IGTV will play a central role in 2019. The application is similar to YouTube, but is as easy to use as Instagram. I currently prefer to use IGTV for virtual sightseeing tours and to present my properties. I also decided to share more favorite places, dream houses and beautiful rooms with my followers. The possibilities are endless!

What are your wishes and goals for 2019?

In the new year, the satisfaction of my customers is the main focus. I want to make your dream of the perfect house come true and make the buying process a real sense of achievement for you. In addition, I will continue to work on my local and market knowledge in order to offer my customers the best possible service.

I have decided to become one of the most important contacts for real estate at my location. I love the area where I live very much. I would like to share this with other people. My goal is also to help at least 20 families buy or sell their homes this year.
