If you only need 125 grams of butter, the packet is halved. You can proceed in a similar way with all the ingredients that are packaged in a pack with an indication of the quantity. For example, 250 grams of sugar or 500 grams of flour are easy to estimate. For smaller packs, for example baking powder, a teaspoon helps with weighing.
