250G Chinese mie noodles
2Pc Chicken fillet
1Msp Garlic pepper
0.5TL Paprika powder
4PcCarrots
1Pconion
1Pcpaprika
0.5Pczucchini
1PcParsley root
2Tbsp Wok oil
2Tbsp dried Asian herbs
7Tbsp soy sauce

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the instructions on the package. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and season with herb salt, garlic pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Heat a large pan (or wok) with wok oil and sear the meat on all sides. Take the meat out again and set it aside.
  3. Peel and cut the vegetables. Also fry well in the pan. Add the meat again and mix in the cooked pasta.
  4. Pour on with a little water. Add Asian herbs. Season well with soy sauce. Let simmer briefly and then serve.
