What is Amazon Warehouse?

For every used product we sell, we thoroughly test the condition of the item and provide detailed descriptions to help you make a decision.

How is the condition of a product assessed?


All of our products are quality checked before being sold. We thoroughly test the functionality and condition of each item and give the product a specific rating before it is sold. We also pay attention to any missing accessories and packaging damage. As a result of our quality check, each item is assigned one of four ratings to describe its overall condition: "As new", "Very good", "Good" and "Acceptable".

How can I assess the condition of a product?


Since each item is unique, a detailed description provides information about appearance, function, accessories and packaging condition so that you can optimally assess the condition of the item. All information on the product condition is available directly on the product page to support you in your decision. You will find that some items are even more discounted depending on the condition of the item.

Used - Like New: an item in perfect condition; the packaging may be damaged. The article is fully functional and all functionally relevant accessories are complete.

Used - very good: an item in very good condition that may have been used slightly and is fully functional. The article may have minor flaws. The item may arrive with damaged packaging or have been repackaged, and non-functional accessories may be missing. Missing accessories are mentioned in the item's condition.

used-good: an item in good condition that may have moderate signs of use and is fully functional. The item may arrive with damaged packaging or it may have been repacked. It can cause minor optical damage, e.g. B. have a small scratch. Relevant accessories may be missing that may need to be purchased separately before using the item. Missing accessories are mentioned in the item's condition.

Used - Acceptable: an item may show significant signs of use, but still fulfills its main function. The item may arrive with damaged packaging or it may have been repacked. It may have blemishes or other signs of previous use. Signs of use can be scratches, dents and worn corners or edges. Relevant accessories, components, or replacement parts may be missing that may need to be purchased separately before using the item. Missing parts are mentioned in the item's condition.

How can I return my product if I am not satisfied?


Your purchases from Amazon Warehouse are covered by Amazon's return policy. Just like any other purchase on Amazon, if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, following Amazon's return policy, you can return the item. Since every item at Amazon Warehouse is unique due to its nature, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange with items in an identical condition. But feel free to check whether there is an item in a similar condition on Amazon Warehouse!

The inventory is constantly changing. Is that normal?


Yes. Because we specialize in used products and items with damaged packaging, we cannot predict the future availability of a particular item. So stop by often and order quickly.

How is the warranty regulated?


All Amazon Warehouse items come with a one-year statutory warranty. If your item is defective after the Amazon return period has expired, Amazon will repair the defective item. If a repair is not possible, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with Amazon's return policy.

Some products sold directly by Amazon Warehouse may be eligible for warranty repair. In this case, they can be repaired by an authorized service technician. In the event that you would like to have an item repaired, check to see if your item is under warranty repair. To do this, go to the "My orders" section in your customer account. Find the order and item you need assistance with and click Get Product Support. If your product is eligible for a warranty repair, the option "Repair Your Product" will be displayed. Visit the warranty repairs help page to find out how long your repair will take, whether there will be any costs, how to check your repair status, and how to contact our service partners.
