What are your success habits

7 habits of success against everyday frustration

Do you know successful people whose day seems to have 48 hours and who use every minute effectively and productively? What do these people do differently? Learn the secret of the key to 7 habits of success!

What are habits anyway?

We humans are all creatures of habit. This can have a very positive, but also a catastrophic effect on our everyday life. We are not aware of most of our habits, we simply carry them out without paying any attention to them. Habits are therefore automatisms, taken for granted and modes of reaction that are stored deep in our consciousness. The habits in the areas of feeling, thinking and behavior play out and thus clock a large part of everyday life.

Habits differ fundamentally into two types of habits, which you will probably be familiar with:

Type 1: The destructive and passive habits: Smoking or lying on the couch after work and watching a TV show, simply because you always do it and are literally "used to". Likewise, eating an unhealthy diet is also a bad habit that people like to follow without thinking about it. All of these are habits that in no way will help you, but do exactly the opposite. They lead you into a passive posture and prevent you from reaching your full potential.

Type 2: The successful habits can help you to develop your personal success story: Examples of such habits would be exercising, reading in the evening before going to bed or eating a healthy diet. These habits encourage you to be active, build positive thinking, and keep you healthy. They inevitably lead to a more successful life in all areas.

The 7 best habits of successful people

Look at successful people. You will find that these individuals have recognized the power of habit. You have consciously trained special habits so that you are more powerful, more efficient and healthier. The following seven helpful habits will help you harness the power of habit:

1. Get up early

Have you ever seen successful people overslept half the day?

No, certainly not! Most successful people get up early so they can start the day with peace of mind. And those who get up earlier have an immense advantage over the others. While the rest of them are just struggling to get out of bed, they have already done some work, exercised or meditated to get the day off to a fit.

2. Not all at once!

If you want to do too much at once, you can't do anything.

Focus on one task at a time and never try to do too many things at once. It is better to dedicate yourself to a few tasks during the day and to do them conscientiously. Finishing projects with good results makes you feel high.

3. Structure

You can only implement something if you have a plan. Prioritize the various tasks right at the start of the day. Differentiate the really important things from the unimportant. Only those who manage to distinguish these things from one another are efficient in their implementation. Just imagine that you spend three to four hours a day on unimportant tasks and project this over a year. That adds up to a fair amount of wasted time, doesn't it? Above all, successful people can do one thing: recognize unimportant things as such.

4. Educate yourself!

Bill Gates reads over 50 books a year, Warren Buffett spends several hours a day reading books and newspapers. Elon Musk even read two books a day in his youth! Successful people always want to continue their education and soak up information like a sponge. Continuous learning and further training is considered by the successful as the best investment for the future, because it has always been true: Knowledge is power!

5. Discipline and hard work

Success is the result of hard work and discipline for a reason. Top athletes like Christiano Ronaldo or Tom Brady owe much of their success to hard work and perseverance. While other people are "finishing work", these top athletes are only just beginning to train properly. You are the first to train and the last to leave the field. Just take a look at their collection of titles. They speak for themselves.

6. Health

You can only achieve top performance if you take care of your health! Politicians like Barack Obama, who have made it a habit to exercise several times a week, only achieve top performance because they are physically in top shape. Mental and physical fitness are therefore essential.

7. Think positively

Elon Musk has completely deleted the word “failure” from his mindset. Instead, he thinks about success on the one hand and how he will make a project successful on the other. So: “What do I want to do successfully?” And: “How do I make it successful?” Successful people learn from their mistakes, but they always think positively and optimistically!

Your new habits of success!

Habits are exercise, exercise, and exercise. So work out! Take these seven habits as an example, modify them for yourself and implement them for 30 days. Only after 30 days will your body and mind implement the new habits of success. After six months, your new behavior will eventually become a habit.

Remember also the 2nd habit: Not all at once! So do not try to acquire many new habits at the same time, but rather first try a new one that you can implement permanently.

Observe yourself in everyday life and reflect on which habits are useful for you and which are not. Avoid bad habits and say to yourself in your mind, in case the couch tempts you again: “No! I am successful and I make success a habit! "

You will discover many new and - at first - unfamiliar facets of yourself, which will keep you moving forward!
