What are habits anyway?

Type 2: The successful habits can help you to develop your personal success story: Examples of such habits would be exercising, reading in the evening before going to bed or eating a healthy diet. These habits encourage you to be active, build positive thinking, and keep you healthy. They inevitably lead to a more successful life in all areas.

1. Get up early
Have you ever seen successful people overslept half the day?
No, certainly not! Most successful people get up early so they can start the day with peace of mind. And those who get up earlier have an immense advantage over the others. While the rest of them are just struggling to get out of bed, they have already done some work, exercised or meditated to get the day off to a fit.
2. Not all at once!
If you want to do too much at once, you can't do anything.
Focus on one task at a time and never try to do too many things at once. It is better to dedicate yourself to a few tasks during the day and to do them conscientiously. Finishing projects with good results makes you feel high.
You can only implement something if you have a plan. Prioritize the various tasks right at the start of the day. Differentiate the really important things from the unimportant. Only those who manage to distinguish these things from one another are efficient in their implementation. Just imagine that you spend three to four hours a day on unimportant tasks and project this over a year. That adds up to a fair amount of wasted time, doesn't it? Above all, successful people can do one thing: recognize unimportant things as such.
4. Educate yourself!
Bill Gates reads over 50 books a year, Warren Buffett spends several hours a day reading books and newspapers. Elon Musk even read two books a day in his youth! Successful people always want to continue their education and soak up information like a sponge. Continuous learning and further training is considered by the successful as the best investment for the future, because it has always been true: Knowledge is power!
5. Discipline and hard work
Success is the result of hard work and discipline for a reason. Top athletes like Christiano Ronaldo or Tom Brady owe much of their success to hard work and perseverance. While other people are "finishing work", these top athletes are only just beginning to train properly. You are the first to train and the last to leave the field. Just take a look at their collection of titles. They speak for themselves.
You can only achieve top performance if you take care of your health! Politicians like Barack Obama, who have made it a habit to exercise several times a week, only achieve top performance because they are physically in top shape. Mental and physical fitness are therefore essential.
7. Think positively
Elon Musk has completely deleted the word “failure” from his mindset. Instead, he thinks about success on the one hand and how he will make a project successful on the other. So: “What do I want to do successfully?” And: “How do I make it successful?” Successful people learn from their mistakes, but they always think positively and optimistically!

Habits are exercise, exercise, and exercise. So work out! Take these seven habits as an example, modify them for yourself and implement them for 30 days.
