What does gender equality mean to you
A culture of equality in the workplace
Our goal at Accenture is equal rights and opportunities for men and women across all levels and career levels.
It takes the strengths of all employees
Nowadays companies cannot afford to lose qualified women and men on their career path in the company. Ultimately, a company can only grow and be innovative through diversity. Every company has a duty to find ways of retaining its employees and providing them with the best possible support in recognizing and developing their potential, contributing their skills, agreeing and achieving professional and private goals. The equal treatment of all people in an organization, a society is an important prerequisite for the fact that every person with his personality, his strengths and his special features can become productive for our company and promote innovations. Equality between women and men is an important example of the considerations we are making about other areas of diversity.
