import

General remark

Please note that this description only covers the import of master data (company, employee). It is not possible to import accounting data.

Import company data

You can import CSV files into cpulohn.xpress®

  1. To do this, click in the tab "CSV import" at Import file in the area "Import company from CSV file" on the Magnifying glass icon.
  2. Select your company CSV file.
  3. If necessary, adjust the assignment between the database and the CSV file in the CSV column. You will see the values ​​of the first line without the heading of the CSV file in the third column.
  4. Then click the button "Import company"
  5. After the data has been successfully transferred, a message appears in the Info Center.
  6. Complete the missing data in the Company module.

Note

As soon as a statement has been saved, the month in the company cannot be changed.

Import employee data

You can import CSV files into cpulohn.xpress®

  1. To do this, click in the tab "CSV import" at "Import file in the area import employee" from CSV file to the Magnifying glass icon.
  2. Select your CSV file for employees.
  3. Select the company into which you want to import the employees.
  4. If necessary, adjust the assignment between the database and the CSV file in the CSV column. You will see the values ​​of the first line without the heading of the CSV file in the third column.
  5. Then click the button "Import employee"
  6. After the data has been successfully transferred, a message appears in the Info Center.
  7. Complete the missing data in the Employee module.

export

Export payroll account

In order to export the payroll account you have to carry out the following steps:

  1. Select a company for which you would like to create a payroll account.
  2. Select each employee who should be included in the payroll account.
  3. Select the period of the payroll account.
  4. Click the button "Export wage accounts".
  5. Navigate to your preferred storage location and save the CSV file.
  6. A message will appear in the Info Center after successful saving.

Export employee data

In order to export the employees you have to carry out the following steps:

  1. Select a company.
  2. Select each employee.
  3. Select the columns that should be included in the file.
  4. Click the button "Export employee data".
  5. Navigate to your preferred storage location and save the CSV file.
  6. A message appears in the Info Center after the data has been saved.
